
This thick breakfast food that we all know and love is actually a very simple thing to make,Does not take to long to throw it together and put it on the stove.Thats why a lot of people love it.
Whisk together In a bowl,1 1/4 cup of flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder,1 tablespoon of sugar,1/4 teaspoon of salt,1 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of olive oil,2 tablespoons of water, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Ladel it on the stove on a medium sized pan with slightly carmelized butter.Flip when the bottom is cooked to be slightly brown but still soft.
This recipe makes about 6 pancakes for breakfast,lunch,and dinner.
